what do you do in LA? i make things. lately, lot's of murals + paintings on canvas.

what does a normal day entail for you? yoga or gold's gym, coffee, making a mess in the studio, afternoon meetings or emails, dinner with homies, repeat.

what makes la so special? besides the endless summer, it's the people for sure. most have come out to the last slice of land before the pacific to push into their dreams and find out who they really are. not a bad combo.

favorite coffee spot? deus.

favorite hike? temescal canyon is my easy go-to.

yoga or pilates, and where? yoga at the yoga collective.

where do you go to catch a live gig? the masonic lodge (at the hollywood forever cemetery) and the fonda are a couple of my favorite rooms - but i'll follow the sounds ;) 

favorite museum/gallery? the broad museum.

if you're feeling uninspired in la, where do you go to get re-inspired? i go outside. a little sunshine or salt water usually does the trick. 

what are some of the quirky things you always do when traveling? i draw secret portraits of strangers, and leave little love notes in sidewalk chalk.

next trip...? telluride, colorado.

whats an interesting fact about you that most people wouldn’t know? i've decorated hundreds of ice-cream cakes.

what creatives do you look up to? i'm amazed at keith haring's ability to create an entire visual language and exist fully in the fine art world while playing in the commercial world in all sorts of interesting ways.
