Describe yourself in 3 words or less: Loving, caring + determined.

Describe sydney in 3 words or less: Heavenly, stunning + inspirational.

We only have 24 hours in sydney, what should we do? Kick start the day with one of the amazing seaside walks... Bondi to Bronte or for something a little under the radar, Nielsen Park to Rose Bay and back. Amazing harbour views and on beautiful day you feel like you are in the Mediterranean. Next would be a breakfast destination and Bills in Bondi is a delicious option or The Organic Cafe in Surry Hills does an incredible scrambled tofu. I dare you to try it! For a beach destination, a visit to North Bondi or Tamarama is essential, especially if you are new to Sydney. Perhaps a spot of shopping in the afternoon but to refuel you'll need to go to Jackies in Paddington first. Great Australian designers like Zimmerman, Scanlan and Theodore are located next door! And because everyone deserves some pampering while on holiday visit Venustus on Oxford St for a mind blowing four handed massage. For an afternoon tipple The Watsons Bay Hotel, The Coogee Pavilion or The Bucket List in Bondi are on the beach and very 'Sydney', perfect to get you in the mood for the evening ahead. For dinner The Butler in Potts Point is fab with views overlooking the city and a great vibe, or for a wonderful Greek meal in stunning surrounds you can't go past Alpha in the city. If you are still wanting more head to Darlo Country Club (formerly The Chalet) in Darlinghurst or Mrs Sippy in Double Bay.

Where can we get a good coffee? Rocco in Vaucluse, it's not fancy but the coffee is delish.

What about something healthy? Bondi is a Mecca for all things healthy! Porch + Parlour / Bondi Wholefoods / Earth Food Store are all amazing options.

Favorite yoga studio? Hands down Power Living, truly transformative.

Favorite beach? A tough one but Kutti Beach is a secret beach like no other.

Harbor swim or beach swim? And where? Beach swim... Nielsen Park is a must.

Best spot for a date night? Hard to narrow down but Uccello and Icebergs are so iconic... You can't go wrong.

Best park to take the kids? The playground south of Coogee Beach is full of fun…

And where is your favorite weekend escape? Whale Beach / Avalon / Palm Beach... Land of the Gods!

Who is inspiring you? Georgie Abay, Founder of The Grace Tales and Co-Founder of Atelier Child. Such an amazingly successful woman, with incredible values as well as being so down to earth. Entrepreneurial women in general are very much inspiring me at the moment.... And my family... They always inspire me.

What's on your stereo? Such a huge mix! Fleetwood Mac / Jack Johnson / Justin Bieber (yes I know!) / Bon Iver / Dead Mau5.

Words you live by: Love passionately and live with no regrets.
